Pricing

Free has to be genuinely useful for one small personal app from a solo developer — that's the whole demo, and the whole funnel. Pro exists for when a relay, more apps, or automations are worth paying for.

Free

$0

  • 1 connected app
  • Chat, voice (incl. hands-free conversation), and the full dashboard component catalog
  • View-only dashboards — fetch, refresh, and freely use local controls (fields, sliders, toggles, selects)
  • Server-driven themes, Shortcuts, and share sheet
  • Direct connection to your own server

Pro

$8.99/mo

or $79/yr

  • Unlimited connected apps
  • Interactive (two-way) dashboards — check off items, run actions, and control your server
  • Push notifications via the hosted relay
  • Remote reach — connect to a home-hosted server from anywhere, no exposed ports
  • Priority access to new surfaces (widgets, watch) as they ship

Why not paid up front?

The buyer has to feel "my agent, native, on my phone" before they'll believe in it — a price wall before that moment kills the thing that actually sells this. That's also why there's no waitlist: pre-launch access goes straight to a TestFlight invite.

Why not a one-time purchase?

The relay has real recurring cost — push infrastructure, bandwidth — and it's exactly the feature people reach for once one small personal app isn't enough anymore. A one-time "supporter" unlock for something smaller could show up later; it isn't part of this plan.

What if I don't want to pay at all?

The relay is open source under AGPL-3.0 and self-hostable in a single Docker container — see the relay self-hosting docs. Self-hosting gets you a direct, private, always-reachable connection without a subscription. The one thing it can't remove: Apple requires our own push key for APNs delivery, so even a self-hosted relay routes the final push trigger through our thin hosted gateway. Direct connections (no push, no remote reach) need no relay and no gateway at all.
